We have collated some information which contains answers to some commonly asked questions below.

Can I pay for a procedure or treatment myself at Kinara Private Hospital?
Yes you can. If you don’t have private health insurance, you can self-pay for your treatment. Self-pay may be the right route for you if the treatment you need isn’t available through the NHS, or there is a long waiting list for the procedure you need. In many cases, you can also self-refer. Appointments can be made for times that suit you with little or no wait. If your procedure requires a hospital stay, we offer luxury accommodation in the form of well-equipped private single en-suite bedrooms. At Kinvara Private Hospital you will receive round-the-clock care from our Resident Medical Officer and nursing staff.

How much will it cost?
If you would like a tailored quote, please book an initial consultation to discuss your condition and treatment options with your chosen consultant. Once the initial consultation is complete, you will receive your a tailored quote for your treatment within two to three weeks.  Please call us on 01709 464200 or email enquiries@kinvarahospital.co.uk to book your consultation.  It is important to note that each patient is unique, and as such you will receive your final personalised quote for your treatment(s) following your consultation with your Kinvara surgeon.

What’s included in the price?
We aim to ensure our pricing is transparent at all times. Tailored quotes are available on request once an initial consultation has taken place.

Will confirmation of the total cost be received?
Fixed prices will be confirmed in writing following your first consultation. Once the first consultation with one of our highly experienced consultants is completed, and it is fully understood what will be required for your individual case, we will be able to confirm a fixed price for your procedure. Although we make every effort to ensure that a fixed price remains fixed, in rare cases we may need to adjust a price, following the results of pre-operative investigations.

When is payment required?
Once a surgery date is agreed, a £1000 fee is required to secure the date. The remaining payment is required a minimum of 28 days before the date of your procedure.

How do I pay?
You can make a payment by
– cheque – payable to Kinvara Private Hospital
– credit or debit card (unfortunately we are unable to accept American Express)
– bank transfer
