Megan Holbert

Health Care Assistant Apprentice

"I first started my job role as an apprentice Health Care Assistant in January 2020. I have always wanted to join the healthcare sector but was unsure of how to get myself into it. During my time working at Kinvara I have learnt how to monitor and take patients regular observations and record them, removal of cannulas, patient admission and discharge, and many more things."

"I have also been given the opportunity to go in to the operating theatre and watch surgery. This has given me more of an understanding on the different types of procedures that we do here and how they are performed. My career goal is to become a Nurse and having the support from the Kinvara team, I will have the steps in place to get me to where I would like to be."

Trudie Machin

Business & Administration

"In December 2020, I started my Business & Administration Level 3 apprenticeship with Kinvara Private Hospital. Kinvara has been great from the very first day. They have supported me in everything and have also provided me with extra training that is not included in the apprenticeship which will help me with my qualification and within the workplace. I am not just working toward my apprenticeship but also learning about the private medical sector which is very interesting."
