Mr Medhat Fadel

He provides comprehensive, individualised care for women with general gynaecological concerns, with particular interests in menstrual problems, heavy or irregular bleeding, pelvic pain, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, fibroids, vulval conditions and problems affecting women’s intimate and reproductive health.

Mr Fadel has a strong interest in minimally invasive gynaecology and hysteroscopy, with an emphasis on offering effective treatment while minimising recovery time whenever clinically appropriate. He also has a specialist interest in colposcopy and the assessment and management of cervical abnormalities.

An important part of his practice is supporting women experiencing pelvic and intimate symptoms following childbirth, including perineal discomfort, painful intercourse and other problems that can significantly affect quality of life and personal wellbeing.

Alongside his clinical work, Mr Fadel is actively involved in the education, training and supervision of doctors and other healthcare professionals. He is committed to maintaining high standards of clinical practice and continually developing his expertise within women’s health.

Mr Fadel believes that women should have the opportunity to discuss sensitive gynaecological concerns in a comfortable, respectful and confidential environment. He places particular importance on listening carefully to each patient, explaining the available options clearly and involving women fully in decisions about their care.
